Jessica F. Battaglia, admitted to bar, 2003, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Education: Rider University (B.A. 1999); Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 2002). Member: New Jersey and Bergen County Bar Associations.

Upon graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Ms. Battaglia served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey to the Honorable William L'E Wertheimer, the Presiding Civil Judge in Union County.

Ms. Battaglia is a member of the firm's litigation department with an emphasis on community association law. She represents homeowner associations, condominium associations, and cooperatives with collection and foreclosure matters, construction defect litigation and commercial contract litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Battaglia actively represented developers in the preparation and registration of Public Offering Statements and has successfully represented individuals and corporate entities in the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties.
