Loretta A. Castrovinci, admitted to bar, 2000, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeal. Education: Bucknell University (B.A. 1996); Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D. 1999). Member: New Jersey State Bar Association; Executive Committee (Sub-Committee Co-Chair), Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Ms. Castrovinci has devoted her career to the litigation of employment related matters in New Jersey. This includes, but is not limited to, matters involving workplace discrimination (i.e., Hostile Work Environment, Harassment, Unlawful Termination, Failure to Promote based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, political affiliation), retaliation for "whistle blowing" activities, and breach of contract. Ms. Castrovinci has also handled matters involving Consumer Fraud and fraudulent inducement.

Ms. Castrovinci was recently appointed to a four-year term (2010- ) as Investigator for the District XB Ethics Committee. She has been among the State's leading labor & employment lawyers to lecture for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in the area of Labor and Employment Litigation. Ms. Castrovinci is also a Barrister with the Sidney Reitman Employment Law American Inn of Court and is actively involved in the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
