Melissa Gencarelli, admitted to bar, 2007, New Jersey, 2008, United States District Court, District of New Jersey and New York. Education: Lehigh University (B.A. 2002); New York Law School (J.D. 2007). Member: New Jersey, New York, and Passaic County Bar Associations.

Upon graduating from New York Law School, Ms. Gencarelli served as the law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. LaConte of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County Vicinage. Prior to her association with the firm, Ms. Gencarelli gained experience defending professionals against malpractice claims, including accountants, engineers, architects and brokers, as well as construction and business litigation. In addition, Ms. Gencarelli is a state-certified mediator.
