Katherine L. Mikalainis, admitted to bar, 2001, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey.  Education: University of Delaware (B.A. 1996); Pace University School of Law (J.D. 1999).  Member: New Jersey, Morris and Hudson County Bar Associations. 

Ms. Mikalainis served as a law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey to the Honorable B. Theodore Bozonelis, the Assignment Judge in Morris County.  An experienced trial attorney, Ms. Mikalainis was an Assistant Prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office prior to engaging in the private practice of law.  During her tenure at the Prosecutor's Office, Ms. Mikalainis tried all types of cases, ranging from drug cases to armed robbery cases, and also argued before the Appellate Division.   In addition, Ms. Mikalainis is a state-certified mediator.
