Kenneth R. Sauter, admitted to bar, 1984, New Jersey and United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Education: Fairleigh Dickinson University (B.S., summa cum laude, 1979); Villanova University (J.D., 1984). Phi Delta Phi. Law Clerk to the Honorable Amos C. Mr. Sauter is a Shareholder of the firm, and its managing member.

Prior to attending Villanova School of Law, Mr. Sauter was an accountant with Price Waterhouse and obtained his New Jersey Certified Public Accountant certification in 1981. The majority of Mr. Sauter's practice is devoted to real estate matters, with a substantial concentration in the representation of community associations and community association lenders. His practice also includes commercial lending and land use and development applications and projects. His community association practice also involves the obtaining of state registration of community association developments.

Mr. Sauter is a director of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute and has served as a chairperson of its Editorial, Education and Legislative Action Committees. As the chairperson of the Legislative Action Committee, he was named the Committee Chair of the Year in 2008. Mr. Sauter was the recipient of the New Jersey Chapter of CAI's "Speaker of the Year" award in 1999, 2001, and 2006. He is one of approximately 100 lawyers, nationally, admitted to Community Associations Institute College of Community Association Lawyers. Mr. Sauter served as President of the Community Associations Political Action Committee from 2008 to 2009. Mr. Sauter frequently lectures on issues relating to community associations and is the author of several published articles.
