lenders in connection with commercial collections of accounts receivable.
We have represented clients in the steel, home furnishing,
security, telecom and general manufacturing industries, as
well as banking and non bank financial institutions.

employed. Demand letters, communications with debtors, placing of liens on
debtor property when appropriate, and litigation are all utilized, as each
